By eliminating and reintroducing foods slowly, you’ll be able to do a reset to learn how your body reacts to certain foods. Remember, we are all created different and there is no one size solution fits all.

How long will I have access to the guide?
Forever.
Do I have to join a FB Group?
No! I will be sending out regular emails addressing your questions and checking in to make sure you have all of the clarity you need for this program. Occasionally, I may run a small group program to create a community for this experience as well - though participation is not required.
What if other diets have never worked for me?
I’m going to be completely honest here. The success of this protocol is completely dependent on your willingness to commit, trust me as the Certified Nutrition Expert, and implement. I’m giving you all the steps and support you need to succees, but it’s up to you to take action.
Why reintroduce food groups?
The purpose of the elimination phase is to give the body time to heal, it is not
meant to be a permanent solution. You likely do not need to eliminate all of
the foods listed in the protocol long-term to feel your best. By reintroducing foods slowly, you will be able to recognize how your body reacts to certain foods or food groups to get a better understanding of whether or not these foods can safely be a part of your regular diet.
How do I reintroduce foods?
I explain this in detail in the guide with tips on how to identify a reaction.
What symptoms should I be paying attention to?
There is a very wide range of symptoms related to leaky gut and food sensitivities such as headaches, nausea, skin irritation or constipation. Download the guide to see a full list of common symptoms that you can track.
What workouts do you recommend during this?
I recommend limiting the high intensity workouts for week 1 as that is the detox week. I encourage you to listen to your body and consult me as needed as the group goes on. On BODI I can recommend their Yoga Studio or Barre Blend.
